Water Tender (Normal / High Pressure)
The Water Tender (Normal / High Pressure) is a versatile fire fighting vehicle designed to transport a large quantity of water to the fire site and provide immediate fire suppression support. It is one of the most widely used fire tenders in municipal corporations, industrial plants, airports, defense establishments, and oil refineries.
Chassis
Mounted on a 7–25 ton GVW truck chassis (TATA, Ashok Leyland, Bharat Benz, Eicher, or as per customer requirement).
Strong frame structure for rugged fire fighting operations and off-road movement.
Pump
Fitted with Normal Pressure / High Pressure fire pump.
Pump Capacity: 1800, 2200, 3200 or 4200 LPM @ 7.5 Kg/cm² (depending on model).
Pump made of gunmetal / stainless steel with mechanical seal for long service life.
Engine
Powerful 125–135 HP diesel engine (BS-VI compliant) with PTO (Power Take-Off) system.
Ensures continuous fire fighting operation under severe working conditions.
Water Tank
Fabricated from Mild Steel (MS) / Stainless Steel (SS) with corrosion resistant epoxy coating.
Tank Capacity:
Water: 3500–6500 liters
Foam: 500–1000 liters (optional, for multipurpose use)
Provided with baffles for stability during vehicle movement.
Equipment & Accessories
Water Monitor / Cannon (roof-mounted, 180°–360° rotation, 160–180 feet throw range).
Delivery Hoses (ISI marked, 63 mm) with couplings.
High Mast Light for night operations.
Hose reel with nozzles, suction hoses, first aid box, tool kit, and all other standard fire fighting accessories.
Additional accessories can be provided as per customer requirement.
Body & Locker
Heavy duty body construction using MS / SS / Aluminium (AL) / Aluminium Alloy (AI).
Spacious lockers with roller shutters for safe storage of fire fighting equipment.
Anti-slip platform with handrails for firefighter safety.
